1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than standard delivery).

3. Effects of Cancellation

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Due to the nature and size of our furniture, return collection costs typically range from £150-£500 depending on location and item size.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct costs for any damage or depreciation.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Please inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Photographic evidence is helpful for processing claims.

Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Warranty claims should be directed to us in the first instance.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

Once we receive and inspect returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

11. Delivery Costs

Original delivery costs are refundable only if goods are faulty or we made an error. Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
